Can't prove that it's spam, but definitely looks that way: generic caller ID with a bunch of space in between the city and state info, pushing the text to the edges of the screen (the space is a red flag); and only one hit on Google (a possibly spurious report site). So picked up and hung up immediately. Tried calling back later on a "safe" phone and got a message saying the call could not go through as dialed -- so clearly a spoofed number!
